Referral rewards are issued only after the successful closing of a real estate transaction in which we purchase the referred homeowner’s property. A referral is valid only if it is submitted before any prior contact, lead, or negotiation involving the homeowner. If multiple referrals are submitted for the same homeowner, the reward will be granted solely to the first individual who submitted a verified referral.

Participation in this program does not guarantee an offer, contract, or property purchase, and does not establish any partnership, employment, or broker/agent relationship. Referral participants are not authorized to market or negotiate properties on our behalf.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or adjust referrals at our discretion, as well as to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
